IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDUS LABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Andus Labs regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
