About the role:
This is a generalist role for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
You’ll support operations, content, product, events, partnerships—whatever it takes to get us launched and learning. Some days you’ll be deep in a spreadsheet or Notion database. Others, you’ll be drafting language for an invite, mapping a cohort journey, or solving a problem no one expected. You’ll learn a lot. You’ll ship a lot. You’ll shape what this becomes.
You’ll likely work on:
* Operations: participant workflows, internal systems, data hygiene, scheduling
* Content: writing and editing comms, publishing to web and social, helping build our voice
* Product: helping shape the residency experience, capturing feedback, running experiments
* Events: coordinating IRL salons, beta sessions, guest speakers
* Partnerships: helping identify and reach out to collaborators, clients, or press
* Strategy: bringing a sharp eye to priorities, decisions, and long-term alignment
You might be a fit if you:
* Are intellectually hungry, emotionally grounded, and operationally sharp
* Care deeply about the future of human agency in an AI age
* Love to learn new tools and systems
* Can shift from high-level thinking to low-level execution with ease
* Write clearly, think critically, and aren’t afraid to ask “Why are we doing this?"
