Chris Perry is Founder and Managing Partner at Andus Labs, where he leads strategy for human-centered AI, applied research, and corporate advisory. Previously, he was Chief Innovation Officer at Weber Shandwick and Chair of its Futures Lab. He advises Fortune 500 leaders on AI transformation—shaping org design, talent strategy, tech integration, and change programs. His work has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, The New York Times, and more, and he’s spoken at WebSummit, SXSW, Cannes Lions, and other global forums. His 2024 book, Perspective Agents, is a human guide to thriving in the AI era.
Jennifer McTiernan is an entrepreneur, trained lawyer, and seasoned operator who has worked across startups and global tech firms to turn human values—like equity, privacy, and trust—into scalable systems and strategies. She has broad experience with public, private, and venture-backed tech companies, including Ocho and Block, Inc. (formerly known as Square, Inc.). Jennifer graduated from and has taught at Yale Law School. Before law school, she was the founding Executive Director of CitySeed, a nationally recognized non-profit that celebrated its 20th year in 2024. She is a Fellow of Hopper College at Yale.
Amar Bakshi is an artist and social entrepreneur focused on human flourishing and connection in an age of accelerating technology. He is the co-founder of Andus Labs and an entrepreneur-in-residence at MIT’s Center for Constructive Communication. He founded Shared_Studios, a global public art initiative that has connected nearly one million people across 30+ countries through life-size video Portals. These immersive spaces have hosted intimate conversations—from refugee camps to presidential offices—in partnership with the UN, Google, and the Smithsonian. Previously, Amar reported across a dozen countries for The Washington Post, launched CNN’s foreign analysis site, and served in the office of the U.S. Ambassador to the UN. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, Johns Hopkins SAIS, and Harvard.
Named one of the “world’s ten most influential intellectuals” by MIT, Douglas Rushkoff is an author and documentarian exploring human autonomy in the digital age. His 20 books include Team Human and Present Shock. He is known for coining the terms “digital natives,” “media virus,” and “social currency,” and for PBS Frontline documentaries including Merchants of Cool, Generation Like, and The Persuaders. Douglas is a Professor of Media Theory and Digital Economics at CUNY/Queens and founder of the Laboratory for Digital Humanism, as well as a Fellow at Institute for the Future, advisor to nonprofits, and artist in residence at CX.
